MEDITERRANEAN THROUGH AGES (ÇAĞLAR BOYUNCA AKDENİZ)

 

1st Day – Friday
Departure from Istanbul
We meet with the participants of the tour at 20:00 at Dolmabahçe Küçükçiftlik and at 20:45 in front of Kadıköy Evlendirme Dairesi. After meeting with the tour guides and drivers, we begin our tour following the route of Bilecik, Afyon and Burdur that will last 14 hours and will cover at about 870 kilometers.

2nd Day – Saturday
Tlos, Yakapark, Saklıkent, Çayağzı
After resting for a while in the hotel, we go to our first stop, which is Tlos. We visit Yakapark and then we go Saklıkent Canyon. We will have a lunch break there, in the restaurants set up just above the water. Then we will go swimming in the afternoon, in Çayağzı Beach.

3rd Day – Sunday
Kayaköy, Ölüdeniz, Kelebekler Valley
After leaving the hotel in the morning, we visit the deserted rock houses in Kayaköy. From Kayaköy, we reach Ölüdeniz after an effortless walk of two hours. Our next stop is Kelebekler Valley, which is famous with its various butterflies.

4^th Day - Monday
Dalyan, Ekincik, İztuzu Beach, Kaunos, Rock Tombs
ın the morning, we set for Dalyan. From Dalyan we arrive in Ekincik after a walk of three hours. We get on the boats and go to İztuzu Beach that is one of the beaches, where caretta- caretta (sea turtles) are protected. After visiting Kaunos antique city, we go back to our hotels. 5^th Day - Tuesday
Kaputaş Beach, Kalkan, Patara, Xanthos
our first stop today is Xanthos, which has been the capital of Lykens. After that we go to Patara that is the longest beach in the area and then to Kalkan. We stop by Kaputaş Beach on the way to our hotel in Kaş. Accommodation: Kaş

6^th Day - Wednesday
Çayağzı, Üçağız, Kaleköy, Kekova Isle, Batıkkent
we start walking from Üçağız and after a walk of one hour we reach Simena. After this walk, we visit Kekova Castle and we take a boat trip, in which we will see the famous sunken city and Tersane Bay.  After having a swimming break in Tersane Bay, we turn back to Üçağız and go to our hotel in Kaş.

7^th Day - Thursday
Noel Baba Church, Myra, Olimpos, Çıralı, Yanartaş
we leave Kaş and on our way to Olympus, we visit Myra antique city, which is known as the place where Santa Clause was born. We spend the all day at the seaside in Olympus. In the evening, we walk to Yanartaş in Çıralı.

8^th Day - Friday
Phaselis, Kemer, Side
we first of all visit Phaselis antique city and go swimming at its beach, and then we go to Kurşunlu Waterfalls and have lunch there. In the afternoon, we move to Perge antique city and go swimming in Side.

9^th Day - Saturday
Rafting in Köprülü Canyon
After breakfast, we go to Köprülü Canyon for rafting. Before we start rafting, we are informed by trainers. After rafting for 1 kilometer, we see the historical bridge, which bears the same name with the canyon. We go on rafting for 5 kilometers. After stopping for lunch break, we do rafting for more 6 kilometers and finish the tour. Then, we depart for Istanbul.  

10^th Day - Sunday
Arrival in Istanbul
we arrive in İstanbul in the morning and leave you at the points where we have picked you up with the wish of seeing you again at another tour
